EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

We want you to be absolutely 100% satisfied with your purchase... and if in the VERY rare case you might not be, we will happily EXCHANGE, REFUND or provide a STORE CREDIT for these items. This must occur and be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

If this is item is returned outside of the 14 days, and within 30 days we deem you eligible for a store credit for the value of the returned items.

CLEARANCE items are ONLY eligible for a credit within the store within the first 14 days, as this is an exception to the rule as they're clearance items.

All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused. AND All tags must be attached with packaging in its original condition.

 

HOW TO ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE:

Step 1 = Make contact with our support team at admin@hookedapparel.com.au with the information of your purchase, order # etc, and a detailed list of the issue with the item.

Step 2 = Write down or print out your order number, full name, address & product/sizing issue and include within the package.

Step 3 = Post the item in return to our office.

Step 4 = Once your item is received, we will either exchange, refund or store credit your order depending on your desired outcome and communicate this with you.

  

FAULTY ITEMS

As a consumer, certain guarantees are made when goods are sold to you, one of which is that goods are of acceptable quality.

If an item is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or online store credit. This is at the discretion of our customer service team who will consider the type of fault and timeframe between purchase date and getting in contact with us.

If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you become aware of the fault by contacting admin@hookedapparel.com.au and including your order number and clear photographs of the fault. We will then be in contact with an outcome, and you will need to return the item for assessment.
